Great firm! They were able to get a highway violation that carries 2 points down to a fine without points. I live in NJ but was pulled over on route 17. They went to court on my behalf and kept me posted the whole time. I primarily communicated with Amber who is paralegal. She was great! Fee was reasonable too. This law office is really awesome. I got a traffic ticket on the highway for NY move over law and I called this firm and spoke to a Amber who informed me about Broome County's traffic diversion program. She was nice enough to send me an email with instructions of how to apply for the program to get the ticket dismissed. I really appreciate it that the information was given because the ticket would've caused me to get points on my driving record. Thank you Amber and Chris Brown law.

I feel like I was not served 100%, and I am not satisfied. I had a speeding ticket in New York State, and my rental car had a bad cruise control. Mr. Brown's legal assistant took the case, and explain that I did not need to appear on the court and it will be dismissed. I never had any contact with Mr. Brown. However, I did not know I had to pay $240 to Krikwood Town Court. It seems like they made me pay more than I would have paid if I just paid a fine.

Mr Brown was able to achieve a reduction of a 70 in a 40 speeding ticket to a parking ticket before my trial even began, and then ended up winning at trial. I certainly hope that I don't need to utilize Chris Brown's services again because it is only when you get in a jam - a come-to-Jesus moment - that you need his services. But if that calamity arises, Chris is the one to call. He's not Saul, but Chris should have his own Netflix series.A heartfelt thanks to Chris and his team for their advocacy and for accomplishing the goal of resolving matters in the fastest, most cost-efficient way.Aside from legal competency, he's a likable guy. Stay away from this office. The lady who kept answering the phone is very very very very rude. Mr. Brown if you see this you better fire that lady because she will cost you your job and drive so many customers away. Also train her on sensitivity if you intend to keep her. My partner called and he has a language barrier. Usually I tend to translate but when he called I was not available, I came back to this lady yelling at him on the phone. Today he called but I was studying and could not pay attention to translate this lady started yelling again and then told him to hang up. She is very stupid. Hire good professional and empathetic receptionists.

I reached out to Chris Brown Law after getting a speeding ticket on my way down to visit my partner (I am from Syracuse). I sent an inquiry late in the evening and had a reply the next morning and was able to get the ball rolling right then and there. I was stopped for speeding through Walton Village and for not stopping at a stop sign, where it was found I was driving without license in New York State for over three years for not paying a DMV surcharge because of numerous seat belt and cell phone infractions. I was worried that apart from the payments I would pay to the court that I could also loose driving privileges in New York where I must drive to keep my service business going. I was referred to Mr Brown and his team who got my information and for what I believe to be below a reasonable fee, did all that was necessary for me not to appear in court as was stated on the Walton court notice. That would have been a long drive upstate from New Jersey, I would have also missed my daughter’s birthday dinner which was on the court date.The stop sign Violation was dismissed, I paid $150 fine for Unlicensed Driver and $93 surcharge.I will be ever grateful to Mr Brown and his staff. Mr. Brown has handled 2 of my cases. First was a speeding charge in Owego,NY that ended up being dismissed, second case was a DWAI drugs charge, a possession charge, speeding and reckless driving charges that was received in Corning, NY. Believe it or not these charges also got dismissed, all thanks to Attorney brown professional work ethics. He went the extra mile to make sure that I got the best results possible and was the most affordable then any other lawyer that I’ve consulted with, Overall I would recommend him to anyone or aleast consult with him.
